The first roller shutter assembly comprises a motor and a first rotating shaft; the first rotating shaft is connected with a curtain; the motor is used for driving the first rotating shaft to rotate; the second roller shutter assembly comprises a second rotating shaft, a second transmission assembly and a fixing block; the second rotating shaft is located at the top of the first rotating shaft; the second transmission assembly is arranged at one end of the second rotating shaft; the fixed block is arranged on the second rotating shaft; the first guide assembly is arranged on the second rotating shaft; the spring is arranged between the first guide assembly and the fixed block; the pushing assembly is used for pushing the second rotating shaft to move in the horizontal direction. The traction belt is arranged on the second transmission assembly. According to the dreamlike curtain winding adjusting device, winding of a curtain is controlled in a manual mode and an electric mode, and the efficiency of winding of the dreamlike curtain is high.
