The invention provides a liquid outlet device and a faucet. The liquid outlet device comprises a liquid outlet assembly, the liquid outlet assembly is provided with a water outlet flow channel and a mixed liquid flow channel which are independent of each other, the water outlet flow channel is arranged to allow water to flow out, and the mixed liquid flow channel is arranged to allow mixed liquid of water and other fluids to flow out; the mixed liquid flow channel comprises a third flow channel, and the third flow channel is arranged to provide other fluid used for being mixed with water; and the switching mechanism is arranged on the liquid outlet assembly and is arranged to control the on-off of the water outlet flow channel and the on-off of the mixed liquid flow channel. The water outlet device can be used for discharging mixed liquid of washing liquid and water, so that the functions of the water outlet device are enriched; and the mixed liquid and the tap water can be discharged through different paths, so that the washing liquid is prevented from polluting normal discharged water for use.
