The preparation method comprises the steps that a steel round billet for the steel rail and a stainless steel seamless steel pipe are assembled and subjected to vacuum welding to form a bimetal round billet, and the bimetal round billet is squared and rolled into a bimetal composite square billet; the bimetal composite square billet is heated for 0.5-1 h within the temperature range of 1200-1240 DEG C, then the bimetal composite square billet is rolled into the bimetal composite steel rail, the hole pattern of a BD1 rolling mill selected for rolling is a box-shaped hole, 8-9 passes of rolling are set, and the rolling reduction of the first two passes is controlled to be within 10% on the premise that it is guaranteed that the bimetal composite steel rail does not fall off and can be gripped in; the rolling reduction is controlled to be 10-30% under the condition that it is guaranteed that H/B is smaller than 1.5 in the last six passes; meanwhile, the components of the steel rail coating are designed; the problems that due to the fact that the steel rail hole pattern is complex, multi-direction stress deformation is prone to occurring, and an existing double-metal composite rolling technology is not suitable for rolling of the double-metal composite steel rail are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种双金属复合钢轨及其制备方法,包括将钢轨用钢圆坯及不锈钢无缝钢管组坯并真空焊接制成双金属圆坯,将所述双金属圆坯开方坯轧制成为双金属复合方坯;并在1200℃~1240℃温度区间内加热所述双金属复合方坯0.5~1h后,将所述双金属复合方坯轧制成为双金属复合钢轨,所述轧制选用的BD1轧机孔型为箱形孔,设定轧制8‑9道次,在保证不脱方可咬入的前提下,控制前两道次的压下量在10%以内;后6道次在保证H/B<1.5的情况下,控制压下量在10~30%;同时对钢轨覆层的成分进行了设计;有效解决因钢轨孔型复杂导致易发生多方向受力变形,现有双金属复合轧制工艺不适用于双金属复合钢轨轧制的问题。
