The invention discloses a preparation method of high crystal orientation boron nitride fiber, which specifically comprises the following steps: firstly, weighing melamine and boric acid according to a certain proportion, adding deionized water, fully dissolving under a water bath heating condition, and pouring into a culture dish to obtain a supersaturated precursor solution; secondly, placing (111) oriented nickel-based single crystal superalloy as a seed crystal, and horizontally placing the seed crystal in the center of the bottom of the culture dish parallel to the direction of the electric field; placing the culture dish in adjustable electric field equipment, controlling the solvent evaporation speed, regulating the electric field intensity and controlling the orientation degree to obtain high-orientation precursor crystal fibers, and finally calcining the precursor crystal fibers to obtain the crystal orientation boron nitride fibers. The boron nitride fiber prepared by the method is high in orientation degree and good in mechanical property, and has a wide application prospect in the fields of aerospace, metallurgy, nuclear industry and the like.
本发明公开了一种高结晶取向氮化硼纤维的制备方法,具体为:首先将三聚氰胺与硼酸按一定比例称量,加入去离子水,在水浴加热条件下使其充分溶解,倒入培养皿中,得到过饱和前驱体溶液;其次放置(111)取向的镍基单晶高温合金作为籽晶,水平放置于培养皿底部中心,平行于电场方向;然后将培养皿置于可调节电场设备中,控制溶剂挥发速度,调控电场强度控制取向程度,得到高取向性前驱体结晶纤维,最后将前驱体结晶纤维进行煅烧处理,得到结晶取向氮化硼纤维;本发明制备的氮化硼纤维取向程度高,力学性能好,在航空航天、冶金、核工业等领域有广阔的应用前景。
