Preparation method of sagger for sintering sodium-ion battery positive electrode material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a sagger for sintering a sodium-ion battery positive electrode material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1) uniformly mixing a refractory raw material, water and a binder to obtain a sagger body raw material; the refractory raw material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25-30% of a cordierite-mullite mixture with the particle size of 1-2 mm; 15 to 20% of a cordierite-mullite mixture with a particle size of 0.5 to 1 mm; 8 to 12 percent of a cordierite-mullite mixture with the particle size of 0.005 to 0.5 mm; 40-50% of a powder matrix material with a particle size of less than 0.005 mm; and 2) molding the raw material of the sagger body, and sintering at the temperature of 1300-1400 DEG C for 20-30 hours to obtain the sagger for sintering the positive electrode material of the sodium-ion battery. The use frequency of the sagger is increased by optimizing the formula and the process, so that the service life of the sagger body can be effectively prolonged.
本发明公开了一种用于烧结钠离子电池正极材料的匣钵的制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1)将耐火原料、水、粘结剂混合均匀得到匣体原料;所述耐火原料包含如下质量分数的组分:25~30%粒径为1‑2mm的堇青石‑莫来石混合料;15~20%粒径为0.5‑1mm的堇青石‑莫来石混合料;8~12%的粒径为0.005~0.5mm的堇青石‑莫来石混合料;40~50%的粒径小于0.005mm的粉末基质料;步骤2)将匣体原料成型后烧结得到用于烧结钠离子电池正极材料的匣钵,烧结温度在1300~1400℃,烧结时长20~30h。本发明通过对配方和工艺的优化增加了匣钵的使用次数,从而可以有效的提升该匣体的使用寿命。
