The invention discloses a construction device and method for an intelligent ballastless track elevation micro base plate. The construction device comprises a vehicle body, a control system arranged on the vehicle body, a material sending unit, a walking device, a sensing device, a material flat vehicle and a rotating motor. The feeding unit comprises a plurality of feeding assemblies, the different feeding assemblies are used for storing elevation micro base plates with different thickness specifications, a rotating part is arranged in the middle of the upper portion of the vehicle body, and a rotating motor for driving the rotating part to rotate is arranged in the rotating part; the multiple sets of material distributing assemblies are fixed to the periphery of the rotating component. The device is reasonable in structure, simple to operate and modular in design, and can accurately and quickly distribute specific elevation micro base plates of different specifications to corresponding sleepers, so that errors caused by manual material distribution are avoided, the working efficiency is improved and the labor intensity is reduced in a non-stop manner, and automation of elevation micro base plate material distribution during track laying and maintenance is realized.
