By means of the device, extrusion acting force is generated on stirred and mixed roadbed layer slurry, roadbed layer raw material section bodies are manufactured through the section forming device, the roadbed layer raw material section bodies are sprayed to a roadway pavement foundation through the roadbed layer spraying device body, and the roadbed layer is formed by stacking coal gangue section bodies. The technical problem that a roadway top wall concrete spraying device is used, so that sprayed concrete powder blocks are stacked into a roadbed layer is solved, and therefore the supporting performance of the roadbed layer body with coal gangue as middle framework particles is improved.
