The positioning pulleys and the guide-in pulleys are arranged in the penetrating holes to guide in the profile steel, the stability of the profile steel in the entering process is improved, external interference is reduced, the levelness of the control body is adjusted through the leveling bolts, vertical insertion of the profile steel is guaranteed, and the high efficiency and accuracy of construction are improved.
