The invention discloses a deep foundation pit wall supporting and reinforcing system and a construction method.The system comprises an anchoring unit and a steel plate net, the anchoring unit comprises a combined anchor rod, an adjusting rod and a sleeve, the combined anchor rod comprises a head part, a middle part and a tail part, the center of each head part is provided with a through grouting hole, the front end of each head part is in a drill bit shape, and the rear end of each head part is provided with a threaded column; a threaded hole is formed in the front end of the middle part, anti-pulling protrusions are distributed in the middle of the middle part, a threaded column is arranged at the rear end of the middle part, a threaded hole is formed in the front end of the tail part, grouting branch holes are distributed in the middle of the tail part, a threaded column is arranged at the rear end of the tail part, and the grouting branch holes extend to the grouting hole from the side face of the tail part.
