The invention discloses a landslide prevention and treatment device and method. The device comprises slide-resistant piles, soil retaining plates, anchor rods and anchor cables. The built-in sections of the slide-resistant piles are underlying bedrock, and every two adjacent upper and lower rows of slide-resistant piles are connected through anchor cables. The soil retaining plate is arranged on the back face of the slide-resistant pile, the anchor rod is arranged on the upper portion of the soil retaining plate, and the anchoring section of the anchor rod is embedded into the underlying bed rock. And an intercepting ditch is arranged at a rear edge stable section of the potential slippage body.
