The device can regulate and control the lower membrane power in real time, grasp the lower membrane resistance condition in the groove in real time, reduce mud jamming by using high-frequency vibration, and effectively solve the problems that a geomembrane water stop connecting component is easily jammed and a geomembrane is easily damaged due to the fact that the working condition in the groove during membrane discharging cannot be grasped by the existing process and equipment.
