According to the offshore wind power composite jacket foundation disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the composite jacket foundation is arranged by utilizing the original pile foundation, so that the construction of the composite jacket foundation is accelerated, the construction efficiency of a wind power station is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
