The protection wall is arranged between two adjacent anchor plates; the anchor disc comprises a plurality of prefabricated parts, a groove is formed in one side of each prefabricated part, and an inserting part matched with the groove is fixedly arranged on the side, away from the groove, of each prefabricated part. The influence of the foundation on the rock mass is reduced to the minimum extent, and the stability of the foundation is remarkably improved; meanwhile, due to the fact that the uplift bearing capacity is increased, the buried depth of the foundation can be correspondingly reduced, the concrete amount and the reinforcement amount of the foundation are reduced, and the anchor disc is composed of a plurality of pre-stressed pieces and is convenient to transport and install.
