The cast-in-place pipe gallery side walls on the left side and the right side are each provided with a set of prefabricated concrete formwork. The prefabricated concrete formwork comprises an outer side fixing steel bar, an inner side fixing steel bar and a plurality of formwork units arranged front and back in the length direction of the cast-in-place pipe gallery. A pouring space of the cast-in-place pipe gallery side wall is defined by the formwork units and is reserved along with the cast-in-place pipe gallery side wall; each formwork unit comprises two side plates which are an inner-surrounding prefabricated concrete formwork located on the inner side and an outer-surrounding prefabricated concrete formwork located on the outer side, and the adjacent side plates are spliced through convex parts and concave parts. The inner side fixing reinforcing steel bars are arranged between the cast-in-place pipe gallery side wall inner side bottom plate and the inner surrounding prefabricated concrete formwork, and the outer side fixing reinforcing steel bars are arranged between the cast-in-place pipe gallery side wall outer side steel plate pile and the outer surrounding prefabricated concrete formwork so as to temporarily fix the formwork unit and are removed after the cast-in-place pipe gallery side wall is poured. The device can be operated in a narrow space, improves the construction efficiency, and belongs to the technical field of building construction.
