The inner side fixing reinforcing steel bars are arranged between the cast-in-place pipe gallery side wall inner side bottom plate and the inner surrounding prefabricated concrete formwork, and the outer side fixing reinforcing steel bars are arranged between the cast-in-place pipe gallery side wall outer side steel plate pile and the outer surrounding prefabricated concrete formwork so as to temporarily fix the formwork unit and are removed after the cast-in-place pipe gallery side wall is poured. The device can be operated in a narrow space, improves the construction efficiency, and belongs to the technical field of building construction.
