The water body impurity treatment device comprises a collecting mechanism used for treating impurities in small and medium-sized reservoirs and river channels, a conveying and crushing mechanism and a separating and recycling mechanism, and the collecting mechanism comprises a first collecting mechanism arranged at the inlet end of the conveying and crushing mechanism; the outlet end of the conveying and smashing mechanism is connected with a separation and recovery mechanism used for separating smashed objects and water, and the first collecting mechanism comprises a fixing shell (400) and dirt collecting assembly walking equipment. The water surface or water bottom sundries in small and medium-sized reservoirs and riverways can be fully fished and removed, the occupied space of the collected sundries is small, meanwhile, the labor intensity is reduced, and the sundries such as water bottom sludge are effectively removed on the premise that the follow-up irrigation operation is not affected and the stored water source does not need to be released.
