Preparation method of amido modified carbon nanotube and application of amido modified carbon nanotube in carbon dioxide self-healing carbon nanotube cement paste
The invention discloses a preparation method of an amino modified carbon nanotube, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding hydrochloric acid into an amino carbon nanotube, adding deionized water at 45-55 DEG C, stirring, carrying out suction filtration, and drying to obtain a solid A; (2) sequentially adding iodoisobutane and dichloromethane into the solid A, mixing, stirring at normal temperature for 18-25 minutes, carrying out suction filtration, and drying to obtain a black solid B; and (3) sequentially adding triethylamine, potassium hydroxide and dichloromethane into the black solid B to obtain a mixed solution, stirring at 35-40 DEG C for 1.5-2 hours, filtering, carrying out rotary evaporation to remove dichloromethane, washing with deionized water, and drying. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses application of the amino modified carbon nano tube in carbon nano tube cement paste capable of being self-healed when meeting carbon dioxide. The amido modified carbon nanotube can chemically react with carbon dioxide, so that a cement paste system prepared from the amido modified carbon nanotube forms a self-healing phenomenon.
本发明公开一种胺基改性碳纳米管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)向氨基碳纳米管中加入盐酸,在45‑55℃下加入去离子水搅拌,抽滤,干燥,得到固体A;(2)向所述固体A中依次加入碘代异丁烷和二氯甲烷,混合,常温搅拌18‑25min,抽滤,干燥,得到黑色固体B;(3)向所述黑色固体B中依次加入三乙胺、氢氧化钾和二氯甲烷,得到混合溶液,在35‑40℃下搅拌1.5‑2h,过滤,旋转蒸发除去二氯甲烷,然后用去离子水冲洗,干燥。同时,本发明还公开所述胺基改性碳纳米管在遇二氧化碳自愈合碳纳米管水泥浆中的应用。所述胺基改性碳纳米管可以与二氧化碳发生化学反应,使采用所述其制备的水泥浆体系形成自愈合现象。
