The invention discloses high-performance fiber-reinforced recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 985 to 1235 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 400 to 620 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 280 to 320 parts of cement, 40 to 140 parts of zeolite powder, 80 to 150 parts of banana fiber, 50 to 100 parts of ceramic fiber, 20 to 70 parts of boron fiber, 10 to 20 parts of triisopropanolamine, 10 to 18 parts of silane coupling agent, 2 to 5 parts of water reducing agent, 160 to 240 parts of water and 20 to 32 parts of composition of aluminum sulfate, aluminum oxide and aluminum potassium sulfate. On the basis of preparing the recycled concrete from the recycled aggregate, the materials such as the triisopropanolamine, the zeolite powder, the silane coupling agent, the banana fiber, the ceramic fiber and the boron fiber are added, so that the impermeability and the mechanical property of the recycled concrete are improved.
本发明公开一种高性能纤维增强再生混凝土及其制备方法,该混凝土的原材料质量份数包括:再生粗骨料985‑1235份、再生细骨料400‑620份、水泥280‑320份、沸石粉40‑140份、香蕉纤维80‑150份、陶瓷纤维50‑100份、硼纤维20‑70份、三异丙醇胺10‑20份、硅烷偶联剂10‑18份、减水剂2‑5份、水160‑240份,硫酸铝、氧化铝、硫酸铝钾的组合物20‑32份。本发明通过采用再生骨料制备再生混凝土的基础上,添加三异丙醇胺、沸石粉、硅烷偶联剂、香蕉纤维、陶瓷纤维、硼纤维等材料,提高再生混凝土的抗渗性能和力学性能。
