Wherein the use amount of the shield muck is calculated according to the mass without water, and the use amount of the mixing water contains the water content in the shield muck; coastal resources and the muck generated by shield construction are fully utilized as raw materials, other raw materials are used in a matched mode, the use amount of cement and river sand is greatly reduced, the building muck is consumed, and therefore the cost is reduced, and green and low-carbon production of the synchronous grouting material is achieved.
