The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses a composite ceramic vermiculite insulation board and a preparation method thereof, the composite ceramic vermiculite insulation board comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of vermiculite, 20-30 parts of modified bentonite, 30-50 parts of ceramic powder, 15-25 parts of silicon phosphate, 10-12 parts of fiber, 1-5 parts of water glass, and 1-2 parts of a dispersant; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding vermiculite, modified bentonite, ceramic powder, silicon phosphate, fiber, water glass and a dispersant into a stirrer, stirring, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture, pouring the mixture into a mold, pressing the mixture into a green body by using molding equipment, sintering the green body in a sintering furnace, naturally cooling, curing, demolding and finishing to obtain the composite ceramic vermiculite heat insulation plate. The material has excellent heat insulation performance, impact resistance, antibacterial performance and flame retardant performance.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域，且公开了一种复合陶瓷蛭石隔热板及其制备方法，包括以下重量组分：100份蛭石、20‑30份改性膨润土、30‑50份陶瓷粉末、15‑25份磷酸硅、10‑12份纤维、1‑5份水玻璃、1‑2份分散剂；本发明还公开了通过将蛭石、改性膨润土、陶瓷粉末、磷酸硅、纤维、水玻璃、分散剂，加入到搅拌机中搅拌，混均得到混料，再倒入模具中采用成型设备压制成坯体，最后放入烧结炉中烧结，自然冷却，养护脱模修整，得到复合陶瓷蛭石隔热板，具有优异的隔热性能、抗冲击性能、抗菌性能、阻燃性能。
