The invention relates to B6O ceramic powder and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that calcium hexaboride powder and boron oxide powder are mixed according to the chemical reaction stoichiometric ratio, and evenly-mixed raw materials are obtained; performing sample pressing treatment on the uniformly mixed raw materials to obtain a raw material green body; roasting the raw material green body in a high-temperature furnace; and leaching, filtering, rinsing and drying the roasted product to obtain the B6O ceramic powder. The calcium hexaboride powder is adopted as the raw material, and compared with boron powder adopted as the raw material in the prior art, the cost is greatly reduced; meanwhile, limitation of high-pressure conditions is not needed, and the process production requirement is low.
本发明涉及一种B6O陶瓷粉体及制备方法,包括如下步骤:将六硼化钙和氧化硼粉末按化学反应计量比配料混合,得到混合均匀的原料;将混合均匀的原料进行压样处理,得到原料生坯;将所述原料生坯在高温炉中进行焙烧;焙烧后的产物进行浸出、过滤、漂洗和烘干处理得到B6O陶瓷粉体。本发明采用六硼化钙粉末作为原料,相对于现有技术中采用硼粉为原料来说,成本大大降低;同时,本发明无需高压条件的限制,工艺生产要求较低。
