The invention discloses a carbon/carbon curved surface honeycomb structure, a preparation mold and a method, curved surfaces where the inner surface and the outer surface of a curved surface honeycomb are located are two coaxial cylindrical surfaces, and the curved surface honeycomb comprises a plurality of first unit cell rings and second unit cell rings which are alternately arranged in the axial direction and connected in a matched mode. The first unit cell ring comprises a plurality of first unit cells which are sequentially connected in a matched mode, the second unit cell ring comprises a plurality of second unit cells which are sequentially connected in a matched mode, the shape of each first unit cell is the same as that of a regular hexagonal pyramid, an inner cylindrical face and an outer cylindrical face which intersect to form a solid, and the axis of each regular hexagonal pyramid is perpendicular to the axis of the inner cylindrical face. The vertex of the regular hexagonal pyramid is on the axis of the inner cylindrical surface, two opposite sides in the bottom sides of the regular hexagonal pyramid are parallel to the axis of the inner cylindrical surface, and the holes in the inner side surface of the second unit cell are hexagons with the same shape and size as the holes in the inner side surface of the first unit cell. The preparation method is simple and convenient in preparation process, saves working hours, and is suitable for preparation of large-size and batch carbon/carbon curved surface honeycombs.
本发明公开了一种碳/碳曲面蜂窝结构、制备模具及方法,曲面蜂窝的内表面和外表面所在曲面为同轴线的两个圆柱面,曲面蜂窝包括多个轴向交替设置并配合连接的第一单胞圈和第二单胞圈,第一单胞圈包括多个依次配合连接的第一单胞,第二单胞圈包括多个依次配合连接的第二单胞,第一单胞形状与一正六棱锥和内圆柱面及外圆柱面相交形成的实体形状相同,且正六棱锥的轴线与内圆柱面的轴线垂直,正六棱锥的顶点在内圆柱面的轴线上,正六棱锥的底边中存在两对边与内圆柱面的轴线平行,第二单胞内侧表面孔洞为与第一单胞内侧表面孔洞形状相同且大小相等的六边形。本发明制备流程简便,节约工时,适合大尺寸和批量化的碳/碳曲面蜂窝的制备。
