The present invention discloses an asphalt pavement regeneration method, which comprises: taking 15-30 parts of saturated hydrocarbon, 65-75 parts of aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 5-10 parts of resin and 1-5 parts of asphaltene to prepare a regeneration composition, the aromatic hydrocarbon content in the aromatic hydrocarbon oil is not less than 85%, and the flash point of the regeneration composition is not less than 230 DEG C; mixing 10-50 parts of crushed waste asphalt pavement material, 30-60 parts of aggregate, 10-20 parts of filler and 0.5-5 parts of new asphalt mixture, then mixing the mixture with 25-50 parts of regenerated composition, and uniformly stirring to obtain regenerated asphalt mixture; and paving the regenerated asphalt mixture on a road to be paved, and rolling and forming to realize asphalt pavement regeneration. The recycled asphalt mixture is low in cost and simple in preparation process, environmental pollution is reduced, the strength of the recycled asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of technical indexes of existing standard asphalt mixtures, and the modification effect is good.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面再生方法,包括如下步骤:取饱和烃15~30份、芳烃油65~75份、树脂5~10份和沥青质1~5份,制备得到再生组合物,其中芳烃油中芳烃含量不低于85%,再生组合物的闪点不低于230℃;取破碎后的废旧沥青路面材料10~50份、30~60份骨料、10~20份填料、新沥青混合料0.5~5份混合,然后再将上述混合物和25~50份再生组合物混合、搅拌均匀,得到再生沥青混合料;将再生沥青混合料摊铺到待铺设道路,碾压成型,实现沥青路面再生。本发明成本低、制备工艺简单,减少环境污染,再生沥青混合料的强度能够满足现行规范沥青混合料技术指标的要求,改性效果良好。
