Quick mounting method for fabricated soilless roadbed pavement slab
The invention discloses an assembly type soilless roadbed pavement slab rapid installation method which comprises the following steps: firstly, arranging an operation platform on a pile body of each tubular pile corresponding to a span, and transversely connecting the operation platforms into a whole to form a suspension type operation platform which is used as a manual operation platform during subsequent construction; secondly, a pile splicing steel pipe is installed on the pile top of each pipe pile through the suspension type work platform, and the pile splicing steel pipe is fixed after the top face elevation and the slope ratio of the pile splicing steel pipe meet the design requirements through adjustment; thirdly, the pavement slab is hoisted to any two adjacent transverse pile splicing steel pipe lug plates, and the posture is adjusted to meet the design requirement till the transverse one-span pavement slab is completely installed; then, transverse joints and longitudinal joints of the pavement slab are cast in place till the design requirements are met, and then the suspension type work platform is dismantled; and finally, the suspension type operation platform is transferred to the next span, and the steps are repeated until all the pavement slabs are installed. The method has the advantages of simple operation, continuous and rapid construction, safety, reliability and the like.
本发明公开了一种装配式无土路基路面板快速安装方法,首先,在对应一跨的每个管桩的桩身上均设置作业平台,并横向连接为一体形成悬挂式作业平台,其用于后续施工时的人工操作平台;其次,通过悬挂式作业平台在每个管桩的桩顶安装一个接桩钢管,并调整使其顶面高程和坡比满足设计要求后固定;再次,吊装路面板至横向的任意相邻两块接桩钢管耳板上并调整姿态至设计要求,直至横向的一跨路面板全部安装完成;然后,对路面板的横向接缝及纵向接缝进行现浇至符合设计要求后,拆除悬挂式作业平台;最后,将悬挂式作业平台转移至下一跨,重复上述步骤直至完成所有路面板的安装。本发明具有操作简便、可连续快速施工、安全可靠等优点。
