The pile driving device comprises a transport vehicle head and a vehicle body, a fixing frame is installed at the end, away from the transport vehicle head, of the top of the vehicle body, a clamping guide assembly is arranged in the fixing frame, a pile driving bin is hinged to the end, away from the transport vehicle head, of the top of the vehicle body, and two sets of steering guide wheels are arranged on one side of the pile driving bin; a guide wheel set is arranged on the inner top of the piling bin. A driving device is controlled to drive six sets of driven gears and an inner threaded pipe to rotate, a screw rod is forced to push a U-shaped frame and guide wheels to move towards the center position of a limiting ring composed of two sets of outer semicircular frames under the action of threads, and the six sets of guide wheels gradually abut against the outer side of a pile body till the six sets of guide wheels are completely attached to the outer side of the pile body; and by controlling the moving distance of the six sets of guide wheels, the pile driving device can clamp and limit pile bodies with different thicknesses, it can be guaranteed that the pile bodies cannot incline in the pile driving process, and the application range of the whole pile driving device is widened.
本发明公开了一种岩土工程用打桩装置,包括运输车头和车身,所述车身顶部远离运输车头的一端安装有固定架,且固定架的内部设置有夹持导向组件,顶部远离运输车头的一端铰接有打桩仓,所述打桩仓的一侧设置有两组转向导轮,所述打桩仓的内顶部设置有导轮组。本发明控制驱动装置驱动六组从动齿轮和内螺纹管转动,利用螺纹作用迫使丝杆推动U形架和导向轮向两组外半圆形架组成限位环的中心位置处移动,使得六组导向轮逐渐抵在桩体的外侧,直至六组导向轮完全紧贴在桩体外侧,而通过控制六组导向轮的移动距离,也就可以让该打桩装置能够对不同粗细的桩体进行夹持限位,且也能保证桩体打桩过程中的不会发生倾斜情况,提高了整个打桩装置的适用范围。
