The jacking oil cylinder assembly is detachably connected to a top plate assembly at the top of the frame system, the enclasping assembly is connected to the inner side of the moving assembly, the enclasping adjusting oil cylinder assembly and the enclasping cover plate are connected to the lower portion of the enclasping assembly, the caterpillar track is connected to the moving assembly, and the jacking plate is correspondingly connected to the top of the caterpillar track. Through the arrangement of the moving assembly, the inclined block assembly can be conveniently clamped, and downward pressing-in of a steel pipe pile is guaranteed; through the arrangement of the enclasping assembly, it is guaranteed that steel pipe piles with different pipe diameters are enclasped; the inclined pressing block is arranged on the movable main body and is matched with the movable main body to hold the steel pipe pile and press the steel pipe pile downwards; through the arrangement of the chain lug plate and the chain track, the steel pipe pile can be further pressed downwards through the chain track; and through the arrangement of the frame system, a stress frame is formed to provide a site for press-in, and low-clearance installation and construction can be carried out.
