According to the device, the position of the limiting ring is driven to be adjusted through the sliding part, so that rapid movement of the perfusion pipeline is completed, meanwhile, the clamping part capable of adjusting the pipe diameter is matched, and the purpose of fixing the perfusion pipelines with various pipe diameters through the single limiting ring is achieved; the repeated steps of moving and fixing the pouring pipeline for multiple times in the existing pouring pile construction process are effectively reduced, the construction progress is effectively accelerated, and the construction period is shortened.
