The invention relates to a system and a method for testing the bearing capacity of an uplift pile. The system comprises a to-be-tested uplift pile, a steel cross beam, a supporting pier, an expanded-base foundation, a cushion block, a center hole jack, a pulley block device, a steel wire rope, a tension sensor, a displacement sensor, a fixing clamp, a datum line beam, a padstone and the like. The principle that a pulley block in physics has labor-saving and direction-changing functions is ingeniously utilized, the unit type pulley block composed of the movable pulley, the fixed pulley and the steering pulley is arranged, the mechanical lifting function of the center hole jack is combined, double application of pile top pulling force is achieved, and the effect of getting twofold results with half the effort is achieved. The device has the characteristics of high testing efficiency, safety, reliability, cost saving and the like, and can be suitable for field testing of the bearing capacity of different types of uplift piles.
本发明涉及一种抗拔桩承载力测试系统及方法,包括待测抗拔桩、钢横梁、支承墩、扩底基础、垫块、穿心千斤顶、滑轮组装置、钢丝绳、拉力传感器、位移传感器、固定夹具、基准梁和垫石等结构。本发明巧妙地利用物理学中滑轮组具有省力和变向的原理,通过设置由动滑轮、定滑轮和转向滑轮构成的单元式滑轮组,结合穿心千斤顶的机械提拉作用,实现了桩顶上拔力的加倍施加,起到了事半功倍的效果。本发明具有测试效率高、安全可靠、节约成本等特点,可适用于不同类型抗拔桩承载力的现场测试。
