The system comprises a to-be-tested uplift pile, a steel cross beam, a supporting pier, an expanded-base foundation, a cushion block, a center hole jack, a pulley block device, a steel wire rope, a tension sensor, a displacement sensor, a fixing clamp, a datum line beam, a padstone and the like. The principle that a pulley block in physics has labor-saving and direction-changing functions is ingeniously utilized, the unit type pulley block composed of the movable pulley, the fixed pulley and the steering pulley is arranged, the mechanical lifting function of the center hole jack is combined, double application of pile top pulling force is achieved, and the effect of getting twofold results with half the effort is achieved. The device has the characteristics of high testing efficiency, safety, reliability, cost saving and the like, and can be suitable for field testing of the bearing capacity of different types of uplift piles.
