The invention discloses a self-locking diaphragm wall double-side rotary drilling and transverse cutting circulation grooving method. The method comprises the steps that a pipeline fixing frame, a sludge treatment mechanism, a horizontal rotary drilling assembly and a vertical drilling device are arranged on a drilling machine; a vertical drilling device is controlled to vertically drill and dig the soil body downwards to form a free section of a vertical underground diaphragm wall groove; a rotating motor is controlled to drive a horizontal rotating drilling device to rotate outwards on the horizontal plane to drill and dig a soil body to form a semicircular horizontal cantilever plate groove; the translation assembly is controlled to drive the horizontal rotary drilling device to drill and dig soil towards the side part of the horizontal rotary drilling steel frame on the horizontal plane to form a rectangular horizontal cantilever slab groove; the horizontal rotary drilling device moves to the middle of the horizontal rotary drilling steel frame and rotates back into the horizontal rotary drilling steel frame, and the vertical drilling device continues to be controlled to vertically drill the soil downwards to form a built-in section of a vertical underground diaphragm wall groove; and the wall groove of the diaphragm wall is drilled. The method has the advantages that the horizontal cantilever slab structure and the vertical underground diaphragm wall body can be grooved at one time.
