One end of each first blind pipe is communicated with the drainage tank; a plurality of connecting blocks are fixedly connected to the support, a water pipe is inserted into each connecting block in a clamped mode, the lower end of each water pipe is connected with a third blind pipe, and the end, away from the corresponding water pipe, of each third blind pipe communicates with the corresponding first blind pipe. Rainwater which does not infiltrate from the ground in the system can flow into the first blind pipe along the third blind pipe through the water pipe, the water pipe is flush with the ground, and therefore the rainwater can smoothly flow downwards and finally bury the support in upper-layer soil of the greenbelt, the drainage groove is formed in the edge of the greenbelt, and the rainwater is drained out through the drainage groove.
