The invention discloses a full-assembly type steel-concrete structure roof and a construction method. The full-assembly type steel-concrete structure roof comprises at least two prefabricated roof steel frames which are sequentially and obliquely connected end to end, and prefabricated roof panels correspondingly stacked on the prefabricated roof steel frames. The bottom of the prefabricated roof steel frame vertically extends upwards to be provided with a supporting seat, and the top end of the supporting seat is provided with a supporting face. An outward bending part forming a certain angle with the prefabricated roof panel is arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated roof panel close to the supporting seat, the bottom surface of the outward bending part is erected on the supporting surface in parallel, and the edge of the outward bending part extends out of the supporting seat; the prefabricated roof panel is a prefabricated pouring piece, and the prefabricated roof panel and the prefabricated roof steel frame are fixed through an opposite-pulling piece. The roof steel frame and the roof panel are used as prefabricated components, full assembly and flexible installation of the roof structure are achieved, the structure refers to the style of a traditional ancient building, the roof structure has the traditional national characteristics, and drainage and waterproof functions of the roof are achieved.
