Fabricated kitchen block floor filling construction technology
The invention relates to a construction technology of an assembly type kitchen block floor filling method. The construction technology comprises the steps that construction preparation is conducted; carrying out field investigation; the prefabricated blocks are deepened and split according to the size of a kitchen in the house type, and a determined pipeline groove is reserved when the prefabricated blocks are designed and manufactured by combining the size and the trend of electromechanical pipelines; lofting and marking; leveling the soil floor slab: firstly measuring the overall flatness of the soil floor slab, then laying a layer of cement mortar on the soil floor slab according to the measured flatness data of different places, and laying cement mortar with different thicknesses according to different data; laying a waterproof layer; laying the precast blocks, wherein two lines and one surface need to be well controlled during laying of the precast blocks; and surface layer bricks are laid, specifically, after the amount of the caulking mortar is enough and the overall structure of the building reaches certain strength, the surface layer bricks are spliced in a full-adhesion mode through an adhesive, so that no cavity exists between the bottoms of the surface layer bricks and the prefabricated blocks. The comfort of residents can be improved, and the possibility of leaving potential quality hazards is reduced.
