The invention discloses a container type data center machine room module. In order to solve the problem that an existing container type data center machine room structure is insufficient in adjustment flexibility, the container type data center machine room structure comprises a framework system which is arranged in a box type machine room module and supports, accommodates and separates an internal structure in a partitioned mode; the partition wallboards cover the framework system, and the adaptive types of the partition wallboards are adjusted according to the types of internal structures to achieve partition coverage; the buckle structures are arranged in partial surfaces of the partition wallboards and are tightly connected with the partition wallboards and/or the framework system; the hollow trusses are adopted to form a complete framework system, and the overall bearing capacity is greatly improved compared with a traditional container; by segmenting the wallboards, independent maintenance of each layer can be realized, and the defects of difficulty in maintenance and the like caused by narrow operation space of a container are avoided; and through component modularization, installation and replacement can be quickly realized, so that different use functions can be adapted.
本发明公开了一种集装箱式数据中心机房模块。为了解决现有集装箱式数据中心机房结构调整灵活性不足的问题，本发明包括：设置在箱式机房模块内，支撑并分区容纳分隔内部结构的骨架体系；覆盖在骨架体系外，分区墙板根据内部结构类型调整自身适配类型实现分区覆盖的分区墙板；设置在分区墙板的部分面中，紧密连接分区墙板和/或骨架体系的环扣结构；采用空腹桁架形成完整的骨架体系，整体承载能力较传统集装箱大幅度提升；通过墙板分段，可实现各分层的单独维护，避免集装箱操作空间狭窄带来的检修困难等弊端；通过构件模数化，可快速实现安装及更换，从而适应不同的使用功能。
