Sash glass is assembled in the sash frame, and a heat insulation plate and a heat insulation film are sequentially arranged on the indoor side of the sash glass. The sliding door and window solves the problem that an existing sliding door and window is poor in heat insulation effect and has the advantages of being compact in structure, low in production cost and convenient to assemble and disassemble.
