The invention relates to a compaction springback device and a compaction degree measuring method.The compaction springback device comprises an impact head and a device support, the bottom of the impact head is provided with an impact head contact part used for being in contact fit with a road surface, and a device base comprises an annular contact part annularly arranged on the periphery of the impact head contact part and used for being in contact fit with the road surface; a spring used for exerting downward acting force on the impact head is arranged between the device base and the impact head, the impact hammer is used for impacting the upper end of the impact head downwards, and the height lifting mechanism is used for lifting the height of the impact hammer. The compaction springback device further comprises a height measuring device used for detecting the springback height after the impact hammer collides with the impact head. The invention provides a compaction degree measuring method for measuring the compaction degree of a road surface by using the rebound value of the road surface and a compaction rebound device used in the compaction degree measuring method.
