The invention provides a large-particle aerogel composite material, a preparation method and a pelletizer, the large-particle aerogel composite material is formed by bonding aerogel particles through a binder, the particle size of the aerogel particles is 15-50 [mu] m, and the particle size of the large-particle aerogel composite material is 0.5-1 cm. The preparation method of the large-particle aerogel composite material comprises the following steps: respectively injecting aerogel powder and preheated binder powder into a rotating roller of a pelletizer at a certain rate, melting the binder by virtue of an infrared heat source, and agglomerating the aerogel into balls by virtue of the molten binder to form the large-particle aerogel composite material which flies out of the pelletizer. The toughness and the strength of the prepared large-particle aerogel composite material are greatly improved, the aerogel felt without powder falling can be prepared by compounding the large-particle aerogel composite material on fibers through heating and melting, and the use convenience is greatly improved. And the preparation method is simple and efficient, and continuous preparation of the large-particle aerogel composite material can be realized.
本发明提供了一种大颗粒气凝胶复合材料、制备方法、造球机,大颗粒气凝胶复合材料由气凝胶颗粒通过粘结剂粘合而成,气凝胶颗粒的粒径为15~50μm,大颗粒气凝胶复合材料的粒径为0.5~1cm。大颗粒气凝胶复合材料的制备方法为:将气凝胶粉末和预热的粘结剂粉末分别以一定的速率注入转动的造球机滚筒内,通过红外热源使粘结剂熔化,熔化的粘结剂使气凝胶团聚成球形成大颗粒气凝胶复合材料并自造球机中飞出。本发明制备的大颗粒气凝胶复合材料的韧度和强度都有大大提升,将其通过加热熔融复合在纤维上可以制备不掉粉的气凝胶毛毡,大大提高了使用方便性。且制备方法简单高效,可以实现大颗粒气凝胶复合材料的连续制备。
