The phase transition point temperature of the microsphere is 25-35 DEG C; the microsphere is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 4 to 6 parts of N-isopropylacrylamide monomer, 0.5 to 2.0 parts of tert-butyl acrylate monomer, 0.05 to 0.20 part of cross-linking agent, 45 to 55 parts of water, 3 to 5 parts of emulsifier, 120 to 200 parts of solvent and 0.3 to 0.4 part of initiator. Compared with the prior art, expansion pressure and seepage pressure generated by water freezing in the freezing and thawing process are relieved, the temperature can be responded in time, the water absorption rate and the phase transition point temperature are adjustable, the freezing and thawing damage resistance of the concrete is remarkably improved, and the anti-freezing requirement of the concrete in various freezing and thawing environments is met.
