The invention provides a preparation method of a graphite material, and belongs to the technical field of material preparation. The method comprises the following steps: 1) sample preparation: uniformly mixing coal-based needle coke, a binder and a catalyst, calcining, kneading and forming to obtain a sample; (2) roasting twice and soaking once, namely roasting the sample prepared in the step (1) in a roasting furnace at the roasting temperature of 1000-1100 DEG C; putting the roasted sample into a dipping device for dipping; and 3) graphitization treatment: putting the impregnated sample into a graphitization furnace, heating to 2000-3000 DEG C, cooling to normal temperature along with the furnace after graphitization is completed, and taking out the sample. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, a two-roasting and one-dipping process is adopted, the graphitization treatment temperature is optimized, the catalyst selection is improved and the like, and the whole process is synthesized, so that the prepared graphite material has excellent performance.
本发明提供了一种石墨材料的制备方法,属于材料制备技术领域。本发明包括如下步骤:1)试样制备,将煤系针状焦、粘结剂和催化剂混合均匀,通过煅烧、混捏、成型,即得试样;2)两焙一浸,将步骤1)制得的试样放入焙烧炉中进行焙烧,其中焙烧温度为1000~1100℃。焙烧完成后的试样放入浸渍装置中进行浸渍;3)石墨化处理将浸渍完成后的试样放入石墨化炉中,加热温度至2000‑3000℃,石墨化完成后随炉冷却至常温,取出试样。本发明通过采用两焙烧一浸渍的工艺、优化石墨化处理温度以及催化剂选择等方面的改进,综合其整个工艺,使其制备得到的石墨材料具有优异的性能。
