The invention discloses a nanofiber ceramic high-heat-insulation sun-shading adhesive film as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of high polymer materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: when the nanofiber ceramic high-heat-insulation sun-shading adhesive film is prepared, firstly, nanofiber ceramic reacts with triethoxysilane, 4-vinylphenol, 2-nitroaniline, a diazonium salt solution and hydrogen in sequence to prepare modified nanofiber ceramic; and mixing an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, toluene and the modified nanofiber ceramic, coating a matte release film with the mixture, and drying to form the nanofiber ceramic high-heat-insulation sun-shading adhesive film. The nanofiber ceramic high-heat-insulation sun-shading adhesive film prepared by the invention has excellent heat insulation performance and ultraviolet shielding effect.
本发明公开了一种纳米纤维陶瓷高隔热遮阳胶膜及其制备方法和应用,涉及高分子材料技术领域。本发明在制备纳米纤维陶瓷高隔热遮阳胶膜时,先将纳米纤维陶瓷依次和三乙氧基硅烷、4‑乙烯基苯酚、2‑硝基苯胺、重氮盐溶液、氢气反应制得改性纳米纤维陶瓷;将丙烯酸压敏胶、甲苯、改性纳米纤维陶瓷混合涂布在哑光离型膜上干燥形成纳米纤维陶瓷高隔热遮阳胶膜。本发明制备的纳米纤维陶瓷高隔热遮阳胶膜具有优良的隔热性能和紫外屏蔽效果。
