A second conveying belt capable of conveying materials is arranged on the side face of the first conveying belt, a milling device capable of milling is fixedly installed on the lower side of the milling machine body, and the milling device comprises an installation box fixedly installed on the lower side of the milling machine body. According to the device, asphalt particles are thrown to the position of a third conveying belt through a second milling roller shaft cutter, asphalt is thrown to the position of the side face of a first milling roller shaft cutter under conveying of the third conveying belt, and the asphalt is cleaned and collected through a cleaning device; in this way, when the first milling roller shaft cutter is used for a long time, the cutter is damaged or the asphalt is caked and bonded due to glue substances, so that the asphalt pavement cannot be milled thoroughly, the detection mechanism detects that further milling is conducted through the finish milling device, and the working efficiency is improved.
