The method includes the steps that ballastless track construction is guided in the whole process through a finite element model, and a basis is provided for project acceptance; the bridge deck adopts ballasting, a bridge deformation rule is obtained, the bridge load is kept constant, and the construction precision is improved; a measurement-and-play CP III accurate measurement network is adopted, so that the bridge site environment at any temperature and wind speed can be adapted, and the accuracy of data is ensured; the problem that lofting of a slab ballastless track base plate laid on a large-span bridge and fine adjustment construction of a track plate are not high in precision is solved, it is avoided that normal running of a train is affected by the large error of actual construction and designed track elevation, the construction process can be simplified, the construction risk can be reduced, and the construction efficiency and quality can be improved.
