The invention relates to the technical field of railway turnouts, and provides a railway turnout cleaning device which comprises a main machine shell, a driving assembly, steering wheels, a storage battery, a water storage assembly, a heating treatment assembly, a fixed cleaning assembly, an auxiliary cleaning assembly and an air supply assembly. The driving cavity and the power supply cavity are located on the lower portion of the interior of the main machine shell, and the water storage cavity is located above the driving cavity and the power supply cavity. Through the technical scheme, the defects existing in two mainstream turnout sweeping modes in the prior art are overcome, including the first kind of manual operation is too high in strength, low in efficiency and low in cost; the problems that according to the first mode, when chemical reagents are used, turnout equipment is prone to being damaged to a certain degree, and when the complex turnout part is cleaned through a cleaning robot, oil sludge hidden in the deep position of a turnout is difficult to clean, and all-directional cleaning of the turnout equipment cannot be achieved are solved.
本发明涉及铁路道岔技术领域,提出了铁路道岔清扫装置,包括主体机壳、驱动组件、转向轮、蓄电池、蓄水组件、加热处理组件、固定清扫组件、辅助清扫组件和供气组件,主体机壳上开设有驱动腔室、供电腔室和蓄水腔室,驱动腔室和供电腔室位于主体机壳内部的下方,蓄水腔室位于驱动腔室和供电腔室的上方,通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中两种主流的道岔清扫方式存在的缺陷,包括第一种人工作业的强度太大,而且效率低,在使用化学试剂时容易对道岔设备造成一定的损伤,第二种使用清扫机器人的方式在对错综复杂的道岔部分进行清扫时,很难清扫到藏于道岔深处的油泥,达不到对道岔设备的全方位清扫的问题。
