The invention provides a while-drilling follow-pipe cloth bag pile for a bead-stringed karst cave, pile driving equipment and a construction method. The construction method comprises the steps that S10, a cloth bag is embedded into a pipe pile according to a geological exploration result; s20, drilling, pile sinking and dumping operation are conducted through piling equipment, and foam concrete is poured into the bottommost karst cave; s30, the cloth bag piles are sunk to the rock stratum, fine aggregate concrete is poured into the rock stratum, and the cloth bag piles and the rock stratum are cemented into a whole; and S40, grouting is conducted on the cloth bag and the positions of the cloth bag and the pile body till grout emerges from the pile end. The problems that a traditional hammering method or a static pressure method is small in pipe pile diameter and insufficient in bearing capacity are solved, and engineering accidents such as pile breakage and collapse of a karst cave top plate during pipe pile construction are avoided; the cloth bag pile overcomes the problem of cement slurry leakage of a traditional cast-in-place pile, avoids engineering accidents such as hole collapse, drilling deflection and slurry leakage which are prone to happening to the cast-in-place pile, and is high in bearing capacity and low in construction cost.
本发明提供了用于串珠溶洞的随钻跟管布袋桩、打桩设备及施工方法,其中施工方法包括:步骤S10:根据地质勘探结果将布袋镶嵌到管桩上;步骤S20:通过打桩设备进行钻孔、沉桩和排土作业,向最底部溶洞内灌注泡沫混凝土;步骤S30:将布袋桩沉桩至岩层,灌注细石混凝土至岩层中,使布袋桩和岩层胶结成一个整体;步骤S40:对布袋以及布袋与桩体处进行注浆,直至桩端冒浆。本发明克服了传统锤击法或静压法的管桩桩径较小、承载力不足的问题,避免管桩施工时造成断桩、溶洞顶板发生坍塌等工程事故;布袋桩克服了传统灌注桩发生水泥浆泄露的问题,避免了灌注桩易发生的塌孔、钻孔偏斜、漏浆等工程事故,承载力高,施工成本低。
