The invention provides a connecting and assembling system for a prefabricated concrete column and a steel beam structure. The connecting and assembling system comprises a prefabricated concrete column, a steel beam, pre-embedded side plates, pre-embedded high-strength bolts, node pull rods, an upper transverse partition plate, shear-resistant studs and connecting angle steel. The prefabricated concrete column is made of high-strength concrete in a component factory, the pre-buried side plates and the pre-buried high-strength bolts are pre-buried on the four side faces of the prefabricated concrete column, the pre-buried side plates are connected in a welded mode through the node pull rods, the upper transverse partition plate is located on the top of the prefabricated concrete column, and the shear-resistant toggle pins are welded to the top face of the upper transverse partition plate. One side wall of the connecting angle steel is fixedly connected with the steel beam through high-strength bolts; and the other side wall is fixedly connected with the pre-embedded high-strength bolt. According to the connecting and assembling system, the prefabricated part design thought is adopted, industrialized production can be achieved, and the production period is shortened.
