The method comprises the following steps: preparing a sodium carbonate aqueous solution, spraying the sodium carbonate aqueous solution on the surface of inferior bituminous coal powder, and drying in an air atmosphere of 120 DEG C to obtain modified bituminous coal powder; oolitic hematite raw ore and siderite raw ore are mixed according to a certain proportion, crushed and screened, the mixed raw ore with the particle size being 5-20 mm is taken, modified bituminous coal powder and calcium chloride are added according to a certain proportion, then the mixture is mixed to be uniform, and the mixture is added into a chain grate machine-rotary kiln to be preheated. By adopting the chain grate-rotary kiln reduction roasting device, the lump ore is preheated on the chain grate by utilizing hot waste gas at the tail of the kiln, so that the reduction roasting time is obviously shortened, and the energy consumption is reduced; carbon dioxide generated through decomposition of iron carbonate in siderite in the rotary kiln reacts with bituminous coal to generate carbon monoxide, and direct in-situ reduction of oolitic hematite and iron oxide obtained after decomposition of siderite can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种鲕状赤铁矿和菱铁矿混合还原方法,涉及冶炼技术领域。本发明包括以下步骤:配置碳酸钠水溶液,将碳酸钠水溶液喷洒在劣质烟煤粉表面,并在120℃的空气气氛中进行干燥,获得改性烟煤粉;将鲕状赤铁矿原矿和菱铁矿原矿按照一定比例混合,破碎、筛分,取粒度为5~20mm的混合原矿添加一定比例的改性烟煤粉、氯化钙,然后混匀,加入到链箅机‑回转窑进行预热。本发明通过采用链箅机-回转窑还原焙烧装置,通过利用窑尾热废气在链箅机上预热块矿,使还原焙烧时间明显缩短及省能耗;通过在回转窑内利用菱铁矿中碳酸铁的分解产生二氧化碳与烟煤反应生成一氧化碳,能直接原位还原鲕状赤铁矿和菱铁矿分解后的铁氧化物。
