Concrete anti-carbonization agent as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a concrete anti-carbonization agent and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete.The anti-carbonization agent is prepared from, by weight, 210-260 parts of nano-silica solution, 52-65 parts of alkylol amine, 23-32 parts of polypropylene hollow fiber, 1.5-2.7 parts of penetrant, 3-5 parts of organic modified montmorillonite and 130-150 parts of deionized water. A preparation method of the concrete anti-carbonization agent comprises the following steps: mixing the polypropylene hollow fibers with deionized water while stirring, then sequentially dropwise adding alcohol amine and a nano silicon dioxide solution, and after continuous reaction, sequentially adding the penetrating agent and the organic modified montmorillonite to obtain the concrete anti-carbonization agent. The invention also discloses an application of the anti-carbonization agent in inhibition of concrete carbonization, and provides concrete at the same time. The concrete anti-carbonization agent provided by the invention has the advantages of long duration, high anti-carbonization efficiency, low cost and convenience in application.
