The regenerant comprises 60%-70% of matrix oil, 30%-40% of a plasticizer and 5%-10% of an anti-aging agent; the anti-aging agent comprises an antioxidant and an ultraviolet light absorber; the ratio of the two is 4: 3; the process is simple, and the prepared regenerant is fused, so that the aged asphalt can be repaired to a certain extent, and the plastic deformation capability of the asphalt can be improved; the oxidation resistance and ultraviolet aging resistance of the mixture can be improved, and the service life of the mixture is prolonged; the recycled rubber is added, so that the viscosity of the mixture can be increased, the overall structural strength can be enhanced, and the stability of the overall structure can be improved.
