The invention relates to limestone aggregate concrete filled steel tube which specifically comprises 320-380 kg/m < 3 > of cement, 40-60 kg/m < 3 > of fly ash beads, 40-60 kg/m < 3 > of silica fume, 140-160 kg/m < 3 > of a superphosphorus shrinkage-resistant filling agent, 770-850 kg/m < 3 > of fine aggregate, 650-710 kg/m < 3 > of gravel, 180-220 kg/m < 3 > of ardealite aggregate, 150-170 kg/m < 3 > of water and 18-21 kg/m < 3 > of a special retarding-resistant dispersing agent. The internal curing effect of the limestone aggregate and the ardealite is utilized, the superphosphorus anti-shrinkage filling agent is combined to compensate shrinkage so as to improve the problem of large shrinkage of the high-performance concrete, and meanwhile, a premixing process is combined to promote slurry around the limestone sand to form a high-strength and compact C-S-H gel interface transition region, so that the porosity is reduced, and the performance of the concrete is improved. The mechanical property and the durability of the concrete are improved.
本发明涉及一种石灰石集料钢管混凝土,具体包括320‑380kg/m3的水泥,40‑60kg/m3的粉煤灰微珠,40‑60kg/m3的硅灰,140‑160kg/m3的过磷抗缩充盈剂,770‑850kg/m3的细集料,650‑710kg/m3的碎石,180‑220kg/m3的磷石膏集料,150‑170kg/m3的水和18‑21kg/m3专用抗缓凝分散剂。本发明利用石灰石集料和磷石膏的内养护作用,结合过磷抗缩充盈剂补偿收缩改善高性能混凝土收缩大的问题,同时结合预拌工艺促进石灰石砂周围浆体形成高强、致密的C‑S‑H凝胶界面过渡区,降低孔隙率,提高了混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能。
