The silver porcelain selenium adding technology comprises the steps that suspension liquid is prepared, silver porcelain is taken, and selenium is added under negative pressure; the silver porcelain selenium adding device comprises a rack, a chuck, a negative pressure mechanism and a spraying mechanism; the negative pressure mechanism comprises a negative pressure generating device, a negative pressure pipeline, a conical negative pressure cover and a first linear actuator, and the spraying mechanism comprises a second linear actuator, a vertical pipe, a hollow conical nozzle, a suspension liquid storage tank, a suspension liquid conveying pipe and a power pump. A negative pressure environment is formed in an inner cavity of the silver porcelain in a negative pressure suction mode, suspension liquid can be evenly sprayed to the inner wall of the silver porcelain through the spraying mechanism, selenium powder in the suspension liquid can be heated and melted to be stably attached to a porous structure of a silver layer of the inner wall of the silver porcelain, and alcohol in the suspension liquid can be heated and gasified to be sucked away by a conical negative pressure cover. The inner cavity of the silver porcelain is kept in a negative pressure state, so that selenium is stably attached to the porous structure of the silver layer, and the selenium adding effect of the silver porcelain is improved.
