A water inlet pipe of the self-priming pump is connected with the top of the well point pipe through a pipeline assembly, and a water outlet pipe of the self-priming pump is connected with a water collecting tank. A water inlet pipe of the pump is connected with the water collecting tank. The device is relatively simple in structure, convenient to process and manufacture, flexible in mounting position, simple to operate, convenient to manage and convenient to assemble and disassemble, and has the advantages of high rainfall speed, safety and reliability.
