The invention relates to the field of slope treatment and slope protection, in particular to a fabricated T-shaped retaining wall and a construction method thereof. The defects that a traditional gravity retaining wall is low in material strength utilization rate, long in construction period, poor in construction quality, serious in environmental pollution and complex in prefabrication and construction are overcome. The fabricated T-shaped component retaining wall is installed on a concrete leveling layer, a broken stone hardcore is arranged on the lower portion of the concrete leveling layer, the fabricated T-shaped component retaining wall comprises a plurality of T-shaped components, and each T-shaped component is composed of a face plate and a vertical plate which are perpendicular to each other. A plurality of expansion vertical plates are further included and spliced to the vertical plates. And the plurality of T-shaped components and the plurality of expansion vertical plates are assembled to form a vertical, stepped or inclined structure. The device adopts a fabricated T-shaped unit structure, and each unit can be prefabricated, so that the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced; meanwhile, waste slag can be fully utilized, and environmental pollution is reduced.
本发明涉及边坡治理及边坡防护领域,具体为一种装配式T型挡土墙及其施工方法。解决了传统重力式挡土墙材料强度利用率低,施工周期长,施工质量差,环境污染严重、预制和施工复杂的缺点。装配式T型组件挡土墙安装于混凝土找平层上,混凝土找平层下部设置碎石垫层,所述装配式T型组件挡土墙包括若干T型组件,T型组件由相互垂直设置的面板和立板组成;还包括若干扩展立板,扩展立板拼接于立板上;若干T型组件和若干扩展立板装配形成直立式、台阶式或仰斜式结构。本装置采用装配式T型单元结构,各个单元均可预制,实现缩短施工周期,降低施工成本;同时能够充分利用弃渣,减少环境污染。
